Within a context of reactivation of the tourism sector, AVASA Travel Group, the reference group in the travel agency sector in Spain, relaunches its cruise booking engine with the aim of making available to its more than 200 associated agencies the best technology to support them in online sales. In addition, the group creates the brand AVASA&Cruises as an umbrella to promote the sale of cruises among its associates using IST technology, in this case the Cruise Browser engine.
Thanks to Cruise Browser, these agencies will be able to reactivate cruise sales in a more efficient, faster and centralised way.
Coinciding with the announcement of the reactivation of access to Spanish ports for international cruises, AVASA&CRUISES offers its network of associates a tool for consulting, quoting and booking cruises, available on the group’s intranet free of charge and exclusively for the group’s associated agencies.
In addition, the AVASA&CRUISES platform, which includes the Cruise Browser engine, allows cruises to be filtered by destination, date, company, address, port of departure or ship in a simple and quick way, which also has the option of sending the quote or booking directly to the customer’s e-mail with all the necessary data.
Another new feature of this new version of the booking engine is the possibility of being implemented on the websites of the respective agencies. In this way, end customers can access it.
With this renewal of the booking engine, the result of the collaboration between IST and AVASA, the latter wants to face new challenges and improve in terms of technology.
